The Organising Secretariat has reserved several rooms for participants’ convenience in two hotels near the congress venue that can be booked through the registration form. 

Rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Please consider that May in Rome is a high season, rates and availability could change. Early reservation is, therefore, highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 
ROOM CANCELLATION

  • Up to March 15: no penalties
  • From March 16 to May 20: 1 night penalty
  • From May 21: no refund

 
REDUCTION IN THE LENGTH OF STAY

  • Up to March 15: no charge for nights cancelled
  • From March 16: 1 night penalty
Refunds will be issued after the Congress. 
 
Name changes will be accepted until May 1.
